GoCSM Lifetime Access: Terms and Conditions
- Offer Validity:
- This offer is valid only during HighLevel Summit 2024
- Payment:
- One-time payment of $3,564 is required to activate lifetime access.
- No refunds once the lifetime access is activated.
- Access:
- Lifetime access is for one GoCSM account associated with one GHL agency.
- Cannot be transferred to another individual or company.
- Features and Updates:
- Includes access to all current GoCSM features.
- Future updates and improvements will be included at no additional cost.
- GoCSM reserves the right to introduce new, premium features that may require additional payment.
- Support:
- Priority support is included for the lifetime of the account.
- Support is limited to technical issues and basic guidance.
- In-depth consulting or training may incur additional fees.
- Usage:
- Fair usage policy applies. Excessive use may result in reasonable limitations.
- GoCSM reserves the right to terminate accounts used for illegal or unethical purposes.
- Service Continuity:
- GoCSM commits to providing the service for a minimum of 5 years.
- In the event of a company sale or service discontinuation, lifetime members will be offered comparable alternatives or compensation.
- Changes to Terms:
- GoCSM reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
- Limitation of Liability:
- GoCSM is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of the service.
- Governing Law:
- These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, US.
