Sales Manager

Position Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales organization, hit revenue targets, and build high-performing teams. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from strategy and pipeline management to deal negotiation and forecasting—while fostering strong customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop annual and quarterly sales plans with clear targets and milestones

    • Identify new market opportunities and tailor approaches for key segments

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of sales representatives

    • Set performance goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and deliver ongoing training

  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting

    • Oversee CRM to ensure accurate opportunity tracking and forecasts

    • Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates

  • Client Engagement & Deal Closing

    • Engage with strategic accounts to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Marketing on lead generation initiatives and campaign feedback

    • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and drive renewals

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership review

    • Use data insights to refine sales processes and improve team performance

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS or technology environment

  • Core Skills

    • Strong leadership and people-management abilities

    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

    • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
