Marketing Director

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Director to own our go-to-market strategy, build brand awareness, and drive demand generation. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll craft and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, partnerships, and PR to fuel growth and position us as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Develop and refine the annual marketing roadmap aligned with business goals

    • Set KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize spend across channels

  • Brand & Communications

    • Define and elevate our brand voice, positioning, and messaging

    • Oversee all external communications: website, social media, PR, and thought leadership

  • Demand Generation

    • Design multi-touch campaigns (email, digital ads, events, content syndication) to drive qualified leads

    • Partner with Sales to nurture pipeline and accelerate deal velocity

  • Content Marketing

    • Lead creation of high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies)

    • Ensure content addresses buyer pain points at every stage of the funnel

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Manage and mentor a team of marketers, agencies, and freelancers

    • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and priorities

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

    • 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

    • Proven track record driving growth for SaaS or technology companies

  • Core Skills

    • Deep expertise in demand generation tactics and metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV)

    • Strong brand-building and storytelling capabilities

    • Excellent analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making

    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Leadership & Communication

    • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing teams

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both internal and external stakeholders

  • Desired Attributes
